Based in the West Midlands they are a medium sixed firm of independent Financial Advisers and Corporate Planners. At present they are achieving fantastic  results and are looking to hire throughout the UK.

You maybe an IFA, Multi-tied, Tied or working for a Bank or Accountancy firm, you maybe wishing to work within a larger IFA practice where risks and operating costs are shared as well as bright ideas and marketing initiatives.

You will need to be a pro-active and self-motivated team player with at least 3 years relevant financial advisory experience and a suitable client base of your own from which you can generate work and obtain referrals. Having professional connections is also highly desirable.

Full FPC and Competent Adviser Status are essential, as is a successful track record and a good attitude to compliance and ongoing professional development. Essential minimum qualifications are FPC 1 2 3 or CF[Admin: Removed] , most of their advisors are at Diploma level and are working towards chartered.

You must have good inter-personal skills and be able to effectively demonstrate the technical knowledge and presentational skills you use to assist individual or corporate clients in achieving their financial goals.
