Pimlico Plumbers are London's largest independent Service and Maintenance Company. We currently have a vacancy for an NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor to act as TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER.
The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time meeting private domestic customers to discuss their requirements and cost of projects. All applicants must have a full electrical apprenticeship and be highly experienced in pricing electrical projects between £5000 and £50000.
The Electrical Technical Services Manager will act as a point of contact for all NICEIC related queries and maintain records of certification. They will allocate work to a team of 18 Electricians and oversee work carried out.
General Duties:
- Provide a point of contact for communications in relation to customer enquiries. - Assess and evaluate enquiries in relation to the viability of carrying out estimated work. - Meet customers at home to survey and discuss their requirements. - Accurately price Electrical works and follow up on estimates sent. - Maintain a high level of customer service at all times. - Facilitate a high level of support and backup for the electrical team. - Maintain the company NICEIC status and record of certification. - Visiting live projects and testing completed installations.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician with full apprenticeship. - Experience as NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor - Previous experience costing domestic works - Previous experience managing a team - Comfortable within a customer facing role - Excellent communication skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Full driving licence - 3 recent references.
