If you’re looking to progress your
career in a field sales role and have a serious desire to succeed within a
reputable organisation; then this may well be just the job for you.  Our client, a property sales and lettings
management company, based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire is looking for a
tenacious, hard working area sales person to sell their services across the
country.  Staring initially with the
North of England and then growing your territory throughout your career.

experience in the property industry as full training will be given but you must
be determined to make a success of this opportunity and learn new industry
skills quickly.   If you are seriously ambitious

The purpose of the role will be attending
qualified appointments set by the internal sales co-ordinator, visiting home
owners and business premises to effectively sell property and letting
management services.  It is extremely
important that services should always be sold in the appropriate manner whilst
ensuring that a quality customer service is given at all times.


 


Essential Criteria:


 



Minimum of 1 year face to face sales experience B2B or B2C




  • Proven track record in pro-actively
    seeking out and closing sales face to face


  • Proven track record of consistently
    hitting targets (based around increasing the customer base, margins, turnover
    and conversions


  • Advanced oral and written communication skills


  • Strong problem solving and numeracy
    skills


  • Strong commercial acumen


  • Computer literate and the ability to learn new
    systems


  • Capable of overcoming objections and closing sales


  • Able to develop strong, long term
    customer relationships


  • Full Driving licence and own vehicle


  • Administration - You will be expected to manage all administrative
    duties surrounding your role, including management of your database


  • It is essential that, as required, you contact external customers
    to build and maintain relationships. As part of this duty, you will be expected
    to prospect and achieve your daily minimum standards


 


Someone with an IFA background or
someone who’s worked in vehicle sales would be ideal as the sales process is
fairly similar. This background is not essential however and all candidates
with face to face sales experience will be considered.


 


Hours of work will be typically
40-45 per week, but hours will vary due to the nature of the business
