Interim Project Manager - Dorset, Dorset
A prestigious estate owner-occupier is seeking to appoint a Project Manager on an ongoing contract basis.
This is a challenging role responsible ensuring the effective delivery and management of annual planned maintenance work and improvement schemes (including refurbishment, alteration and fit-out). You will be responsible for ensuring that projects remain within the approved brief, budget and programme requirements, whilst successfully managing a diverse spectrum of stakeholders.
With a relevant degree/postgraduate qualification and preferably professional membership (e.g. CIOB, RICS), you will have gained significant management ability and success in the design and delivery of building projects and contract management of maintenance programmes in a complex organisation.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be able to commence employment at relatively short notice.
